REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Please include a completed note with the reason for the return, your name, address & telephone no. and/or the product information for the exchange.

Bambi’s Toy Shop reserves the right to refuse any returns where it is apparent that this requirement has not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return within 14 days to:

Or return the item(s) in-person to our store at the same address.

All items must be in pristine condition, unopened and with all tags and labels still attached.

FAULTY GOODS:
In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition, the item is not working properly or the item is faulty, simply send it back to us with a full description of the fault and we will refund or replace the item for you.

Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging with all labels still intact.

RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.

All returns are at the buyer’s expense. We recommend you use recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

If you received free carriage on your order, €6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover carriage expenses.

Replacement items will also incur carriage charge which must be paid prior to dispatch of new goods.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Here at Bambi’s, our website is live; this means that generally only products that we have in stock will appear for sale. In the unlikely event that a product within your order is not available, we will dispatch the product that is in stock and issue you a refund on the product that is not available if it is unavailable for re-order from our supplier. If the product is available for re-order from our supplier, the product will be dispatched in a separate order to you when back in stock.

SALE OF GOODS:
Any and all contracts for sale of goods between you and Bambi’s Toy Shop will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you and Bambi’s Toy Shop irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

You have 7 days to cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Providing the order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged for any postage.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Bambi’s Toy Shop shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, Health Pandemic or industrial action affecting Bambi’s Toy Shop Ltd., its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.
